Five foods that negatively affect your kid’s mood
If your kid is lactose intolerant or is allergic to milk proteins, dairy might adversely impact them. A lot of kids become irritable, cranky, or even aggressive if they consume dairy. Kids with dairy allergies also tend to suffer from ear infections and colds more often than other kids.
2. Artificial Coloring
A lot of countries have banned artificial colouring because it has detrimental effects on children. The substance is linked to ADHD, anxiety, hyperactivity, and headaches in kids, which explains why it can cause significant behavioural changes. Bread and yoghurt are just two foods that often contain “hidden” artificial colouring, but as a general rule of thumb, you should avoid foods containing yellow No. 5, red No. 40, and blue No.1.
